Facade(s) of Germany
I love architecture. I love geometry. I love symmetry. When I walk around cities or town I always try to capture all buildings and facade that offer some interesting architecture that is pleasing to the eye in terms of its setup of geometric forms, symmetry, ornate look and sometimes when all of this comes together in one building. Due to the history and age Germany a lot of variety can be found ranging from ancient roman buildings, to medieval churches and castles, half-timbered houses, buildings from the baroque and renaissance era to more modern and contemporary styles.
Here you’ll find galleries of various german towns and cities that offer a lot of different types of intriguing architecture and craftsmanship and you’ll also get some short history time with a few information about the city itself! So feel free to browse and enjoy!
